America & it's street names! In america, did you ever wonder how the hell are these streets named? Coming from a country where there is only one type of street name "Galli", it took a while for me to see the difference between a boulevard, avenue, alley, street, drive, road.....and the list goes on how america identifies its 'Galli's'. For those who have still their questions unanswered about the street naming conventions, here is some help. This is from department of public works, Los Angeles county.
